UX case study on a crowdsourced inter-city delivery app

DeLo is an on-demand Parcel Delivery application that helps you send your parcel from one destination to another inter-city with few clicks. People can send/receive lightweight packages to/from different cities with the help of willing travelers.

Revolutionising Inter-City Deliveries

DeLo partner picks up the package from the sender and delivers it to the volunteer’s address. Once the volunteer reaches the destination, a DeLo partner will be allocated to receive it from the volunteer. The partner delivers the package to the sender's intended address.

  • Most users would like to use a service that they can trust and rely on.
  • During the pandemic where most people would prefer to stay at home. the requirement for parcel delivery service is growing rapidly.

  • We send partner and volunteer location updates to the contact person via SMS at every point.
  • Navigating through the app is very easy since it only takes a couple of steps to request a pickup or be a volunteer.
